Horizon Express Limited is one of the public transport companies licensed by the Rwanda Utility Regulatory Agency(RURA), the country’s public utility regulator Horizon Express Limited commenced its operations on 23rd June 2006. It was born in HUYE District in the Southern Province of Rwanda. It is operating along the routes linking Southern province and Kigali City. Its Headquarters is in the Kimisagara sector, Nyarugenge District, Kigali city, Chez Manu Building, Nyabugogo Boulevard ,RN 1,KN 20 AVE.

Currently, Horizon Express Limited operates in three major routes in southern province which are the following

Kigali-Huye -nyamagabe
Kigali-Ruhango -Nyanza
Kigali-Muhanga

There are also three secondary routes
Huye-Nyamagabe
Huye-Nyanza
Huye -Muhanga

The vehicles depart every 30minutes in all routes except for Kigali-Muhanga, Muhanga-Kigali where the vehicles depart every 15 minutes.
